About the Role 🏡

We are seeking a talented Senior Home Energy Advisor to join our team, delivering residential home energy assessments and assisting with energy retrofits primarily in Jackson County, Oregon. This role is pivotal in implementing innovative and equitable residential energy efficiency programs on behalf of our client serving Southern Oregon communities.

The Senior Home Energy Advisor will be responsible for:

• Performing in-home energy assessments to identify customer and home needs
• Determining program eligibility and supporting project installations
• Engaging in outreach activities and community events to generate leads
• Supporting customers, especially those from lower-income, rural, and communities of color, in adopting energy efficiency upgrades

This is a remote position; ideal candidates reside in the Grants Pass or Medford region.

Note: Fluency in both English and Spanish, along with reliable transportation, is required.

Qualifications & Skills 🌟

• 4-8 years of experience with non-profit organizations, home inspections, energy efficiency upgrades, or in-home customer work
• Knowledge of residential energy efficiency, building science, HVAC systems, and weatherization best practices (preferred)
• Certification such as BPI (Building Performance Institute) Building Analyst Technician or higher (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, verbal and written
• Customer-focused, team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation—location-based in Jackson County with frequent regional travel
• Availability to work evenings and weekends occasionally for events

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The salary range for this position is $55,700.00 - $83,500.00 USD. Salary is determined based on internal equity, experience, certifications, and market data.
