About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of our brand, engaging with customers through scheduled appointments to introduce the latest technology and services. Your goal is to close sales through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution—all while keeping customers connected to what matters most.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Our new representatives typically earn between $60,530 and $100,000, combining salary and uncapped commissions. Top performers have the opportunity to make even more! Salary figures depend on factors such as location, experience, expertise, and whether sales goals are met or exceeded.

What You Need to Succeed 🎯

  • At least 1 year of commission-based sales experience, preferably outside sales
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and upselling
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
  • Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided for official use)
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
