Job Description

• Conduct remote semi-structured interviews (via phone) with older adults, gathering valuable feedback on their experiences and satisfaction with services.
• Organize and manage your interview schedule independently, ensuring timely and efficient session delivery.
• Conduct interviews with empathy to build trust and rapport with participants.
• Track call dispositions and access participant information through an online file-sharing platform.
• Record interview outcomes and submit findings promptly for analysis.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with federal HIPAA regulations and data security standards.
• Maintain regular communication with Vital Research for updates, support, and guidance.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in Zoom and other web-based platforms.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and establish rapport.
• Own a personal computer and maintain a secure Wi-Fi connection.
• Organized and attentive to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
