About the Role

We are seeking a talented Bilingual Educational Content Developer (Japanese/English) to collaborate with us in enhancing AI models. Your expertise will guide the development of conversational AI by measuring chatbot progress, assessing their logic, and addressing issues to ensure the highest quality output.

What You'll Do

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in both Japanese and English to evaluate their learning progress 🗣️
• Write new dialogues to teach chatbots appropriate responses and language patterns ✍️
• Perform writing and editing tasks to support AI training and development 📄
• Assess AI model outputs for correctness, coherence, and performance ✅

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) 🗨️
• Strong attention to detail and linguistic precision 🔍
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice ✨
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree preferred but not required 🎓
