Bilingual Dental Scheduler

Keystone Patient Access Center is on the lookout for a motivated team player with a passion for learning and exceptional customer service skills!

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with their scheduling needs across multiple channels, including phone, Solutionreach, and the EMR system 📞💻
• Reschedule appointments as necessary 🔄
• Schedule incoming referrals seamlessly 📋
• Support mailings and other projects based on call volume and priority 📬

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
• Proficiency with telephones and computers
• Fluency in Spanish is required 🗣️🇪🇸
