Key Responsibilities 🛠️

• Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and engage potential dealership partners to expand our network and increase market share in automotive finance
• Dealer Support and Relationship Management: Provide exceptional support to existing dealer partners, ensuring satisfaction and mutual success
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly
• Brand Promotion: Elevate brand visibility through strategic outreach and effective communication

Qualifications 🎓

• 2–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within automotive lending, finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years in the most recent position
• Proven auto finance or dealership account management experience, especially in special finance
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a successful relationship-building track record
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet business goals
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full coverage insurance
• Outstanding customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Residence within or near the assigned geographic territory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (required)
