About the Role

This on-site, territory-based position offers a hands-on experience where you'll connect with dealerships daily, support their growth, and own your market. Typically following a six-day work week, you'll have the opportunity to truly own your territory and drive success in your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and engage new dealership partners to expand our network and strengthen our market presence in automotive finance.
• Dealer Support and Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service through on-site visits to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success.
• Market Analysis: Analyze trends and insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Brand Promotion: Boost brand visibility via targeted outreach and representing our core values effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within automotive lending or finance.
• Proven track record of professional growth, including at least 2 years in your most recent role.
• Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is highly valued.
• Willingness to maintain a six-day work week with daily onsite visits across the territory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Analytical mindset capable of spotting market opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Proactive problem-solver thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and carry full coverage insurance.
• Customer-focused, organized, committed to excellence in every interaction.
• Residence within or near the assigned territory is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
