The Role You’ll Play to Create Success 🚀

We are excited to offer a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist position, filled with numerous opportunities to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, contributing to the ongoing success of FrankCrum.

Responsibilities

• Assist insureds, agents, and others, fostering strong relationships and accurate solutions 🤝
• Reflect systematically on processes to improve results
• Document procedures, research methodologies, diagram workflows, and track projects 📄
• Analyze and recommend process changes, maintaining documentation before and after implementation
• Handle general inquiries related to policies, payments, and commissions, including policy audits and communication of audit progress 📊
• Organize and file policy documents and information
• Assist with issuing refunds and commission checks
• Support the preparation of monthly journal entries by gathering claims data and bank statements
• Assist with reconciliations for GAAP and STAT reporting
• Contribute to accounts payable and receivable management 💼

The Attributes We Seek 🌟

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, administration, or customer service
• Proficiency in required technologies such as Visio, MS Office Suite, Access, data mapping, and call center software (ACD, IVR, CTI) 🖥️
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting, finance, insurance, business, or related fields; experience may substitute for education
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills in dynamic environments
• Required: Bilingual in Spanish and English — fluent in speaking, understanding, and writing 🗣️
