💼 Position Details

• Position: Bilingual Korean/Vietnamese Customer Support Specialist
• Location: Chesterfield, MO & Pittsburgh, PA
• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

🎯 Responsibilities

• 📞 Receive inbound calls to resolve routine and complex issues involving patients, doctors, and insurers
• 🤝 Provide patient care to support pharmaceutical programs and triage to appropriate teams
• 🎯 Strive to meet and exceed performance targets
• 📝 Document call details and data according to operating procedures
• 📚 Use Knowledge Base materials to resolve inquiries effectively
• 🔒 Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
• 🔐 Develop understanding of security and privacy practices
• 📈 Participate in ongoing education on product updates and launches
• 💡 Share feedback to enhance patient experience, products, and processes

🎓 Requirements

• 🌐 Bilingual Vietnamese required, with strong command of English
• 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 📞 Customer service or inbound call center experience required
• 🏥 Healthcare, pharmacy, or relevant industry experience preferred
• ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 💻 Technical aptitude, analytical skills, good judgment, operational focus
• ❤️ Passion for providing outstanding patient care
• 🤝 Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and cross-functionally
• 🖥️ Quick learners with ability to master complex software

🕒 Location & Working Hours

Work a flexible schedule with:

• ⏰ 40 hours/week, rotating Saturdays (once a month), 9am-5pm
• 🕗 Various shifts Monday-Friday from 8am to 9pm (including options like 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, etc.)
• 🔄 Schedule flexibility to adapt to business needs

Onsite Location: 400 South Woods Mill Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield, MO 63017
