About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with customers to identify their needs, answer product-related questions, and recommend the best solutions. Your goal is to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure maximum satisfaction, and uphold our high standards of product quality and store presentation. Achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales targets is at the core of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to drive satisfaction
  • Assist customers in-store and via phone by identifying needs and presenting suitable products and services
  • Build trusting relationships with customers, both wholesale and retail
  • Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order records and product formulas
  • Pull, tint, and mix products to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure store cleanliness
  • Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed
  • Keep designated areas stocked and presentable
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and discuss options confidently
  • Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements ✅

  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (reading, writing, communication)
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Ability, with or without accommodation, to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs on occasion
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • If internal: meeting expectations rating and complete all HR eLearning courses

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

  • High School diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
