Customer Service Specialist

Our Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards for product quality and store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to assess their needs, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Promptly address and resolve any customer concerns to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and visual standards.
  • Sales Achievement: Strive to deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting store sales goals.

Additional Duties & Considerations

Involving direct contact with customers (which may include minors), as well as access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise.
