Required Qualifications ✅

• Must obtain or hold a State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license, 2-20 General Lines license, or 20-44 license 📝
• Must obtain a 2-15 life/health/variable annuity license within 6-12 months of start date 🎯
• Previous sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred 🛍️
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and listening 🗣️
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task 🌟
• Ability to effectively relate to customers 💬
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred 🇪🇸🇺🇸
