Job Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will handle customer inquiries within our Service Center. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Flexibility with schedules may be necessary to meet company needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Promote positive relations with customers and colleagues 🤝
  • Answer routine and complex customer calls daily 📞
  • Gain knowledge of our database systems
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences at all organizational levels
  • Meet or exceed productivity, schedule, and quality standards 🎯
  • Identify customer needs promptly and accurately
  • Provide detailed information about products and services
  • Update and maintain customer account records
  • Resolve product or service issues through effective problem-solving
  • Follow all company procedures and policies 📝
  • Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers
  • Respond to web, email, and voicemail inquiries 📧📞
  • Process incoming transactions and support center functions
  • Demonstrate outstanding attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills 📱
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Attention to detail and efficiency
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs 💻
  • Fluency in Spanish (required) 🇪🇸
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of six months call center experience (preferred)

  • No supervisory responsibilities
  • Work environment is moderate to loud
  • Requires occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Availability for varied shifts

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required, with preferred experience in call centers and bilingual Spanish skills.
