Miller Staffing Is Hiring A Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative role in Bordentown, NJ? This opportunity offers weekly pay, immediate start, and potential for permanent placement. 🏢💼

Job Title: Bilingual English & Spanish Customer Service Representative

Location: Bordentown, NJ 08505

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Type: Temporary to Hire

Start Date: Must be available to start immediately

Payroll: While on the Staffing Firm's payroll, pay is weekly each Friday

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in an office or warehouse environment
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) customer service experience is preferred
  • Must reside within a reasonable commute from Bordentown, NJ 08505

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Issue Resolution: Ensure timely communication, accurate order fulfillment, and proactive resolution of issues 📞✅
  • System Navigation: Manage daily operations using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting 🖥️
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with a focus on service excellence and account retention 🤝
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction metrics 📊
  • Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare and share customer performance reports, identify trends, and suggest process improvements 📝💡
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, support cycle counts, reconcile stock, and coordinate with warehouse staff for accurate dispatch 🚚
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints, delays, or discrepancies while maintaining transparent communication 🛠️💬
  • Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Work with warehouse, operations, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and promote continuous improvements 🔧🤝
  • Compliance & Efficiency: Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards to maintain high efficiency standards ✔️
