Summary

The Bilingual Customer Service Agent is responsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. You will maintain customer files with sales contracts and related information, provide price quotations, complete order sheets, and verify the price and quantity of each item. Additionally, you'll distribute order sheets to relevant departments and coordinate regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders. 📦🤝

What You Will Do ✨

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and CRM regarding orders, pricing, returns, and support.
• Research and resolve order and invoice discrepancies utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Accurately process various order types (direct sale, consignment) through phone, email, and EDI, confirming receipt with customers.
• Proactively manage open sales orders to ensure timely shipments and effective communication.
• Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Finance, Distribution, and Technical Service to deliver seamless support.
• Maintain precise records in CRM and ERP systems, documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Monitor Customer Service KPIs and participate in ongoing system improvements and integration initiatives.
• Support administrative tasks including reporting, reception backup, and various ad hoc projects.

What You Need 📝

Required:

• Post-Secondary Education
• At least two years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, including speaking and writing

Preferred:

• Experience in the medical field
• University degree

Compensation & Benefits 💼

Salary ranges from $54,100 to $72,100, with bonus eligibility and benefits. Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage.
