Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience (CX) Specialist - Bilingual (Korean / English) to deliver outstanding service through multiple communication channels. This role is perfect for bilingual professionals who enjoy helping people, promoting wellness products, and working in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Position Details

  • Compensation: $21 - $24 per hour, DOE
  • Location: Remote, Utah residents only (must live within an hour's drive of Lehi)
  • Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (occasional Saturdays)
  • Work Environment: Must have reliable internet speed of at least 100 MBPS

About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, orders, account updates, and event support, ensuring each interaction embodies our commitment to quality and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Korean and English via phone, email, live chat, and SMS 📱💻
  • Assist with product orders, returns, new member applications, account updates, and inquiries 🛍️
  • Share accurate information on compensation plans, promotions, events, and products 🎉
  • Promote upsell items and current offers to enhance the customer experience 💡
  • Document all customer interactions for accuracy, auditing, and quality assurance 📝
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues as needed 🚩
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on promotions, processes, and tools 📚
  • Maintain high standards in customer satisfaction, handling time, and quality scores 🌟
  • Represent the company at virtual or in-person events for both Korean- and English-speaking customers 🎤
  • Collaborate with internal teams to constantly improve the customer experience 🤝

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (spoken and written), with advanced Korean fluency required 👍
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude 🤗
  • Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills 🧠
  • Experience in excellent customer service with de-escalation skills 🚀
  • Basic knowledge of direct sales preferred 💼
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; typing at 30 WPM with 10-key skills ⌨️
  • High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability to new systems 🔄
