Our client, a prominent healthcare organization based in Center City, is seeking a contracted Bilingual Customer Service Representative to enhance their team. This role requires fluent Spanish language skills to assist customers with questions, claims, and other inquiries. 🌎💬

About You

• Educational qualification: High school diploma or GED required
• Language proficiency: Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written fluency)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service within a call center environment
• Healthcare industry experience: A plus
• Skills: Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Knowledge: Background in medical terminology or healthcare support is helpful
