10x Advisory Is Hiring A Bilingual Controller (English/Spanish)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bilingual Controller, fluent in both English and Spanish, to join our dynamic team. About the PositionThis is a remote full-time position where you will play a key role in overseeing the financial and Accounting operations of our clients, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Additional management and oversight of several accounting team members ensuring quality of work and deliverables. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with US GAAP.
• Handle general accounting tasks such as AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Work closely with clients Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Use QuickBooks, Sage Products, or other Tech Stacks for up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in tax preparations and ensure compliance with US tax regulations.
• Act as Point-of-Contact for several clients, addressing accounting concerns and providing solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all financial matters.
• Provide financial analysis, problem-solving, and research support as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory).
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in Controller/Accounting Manager roles..
• Advanced understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP, and tax regulations.
• Expertise in Tech Stacks such as QBO, Sage Intaact, or other accounting systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
