Position Details

• Type: Contract
• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19134 & 19133 Area
• Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Required 🇪🇸
• Supervision: Licensure Supervision Available

Compensation & Schedule

Rate: Starting at $41.00 per hour

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM, Saturdays 8AM-5PM

Schedule Flexibility: Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Position Summary

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals (children or adults) who may have co-occurring diagnoses. You will develop personalized recovery plans in collaboration with clients and their families. When appropriate, plans will include goals, objectives, and interventions targeting substance use, health, wellness, and behavioral health to support recovery and resilience.

The Contractor

You will utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as motivational interviewing and other validated techniques, to foster healing and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and assessments: Provide recovery-oriented bio-psycho-social evaluations, with attention to substance use challenges when relevant.
• Deliver therapy: Offer individual and group therapy sessions to address addictive behaviors and mental health issues that may be complicated by substance use.
