Position Details

• Type: Contract
• Locations: Philadelphia, PA 19134 & 19133 Area
• Bilingual Requirement: Spanish Speaking Needed
• Licensure Supervision: Available

Compensation & Schedule 💰🗓️

Rate: Starting at $41.00 per hour

Availability: Must be able to work within the following hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Flexible hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

About the Role

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals of all ages, including those with co-occurring mental health, behavioral health, and substance use diagnoses. You will develop recovery plans collaboratively with clients and their families that include goals, objectives, and interventions focused on behavioral health, substance use, and overall wellness.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Assessments: Conduct recovery-oriented screenings and bio-psycho-social evaluations, especially addressing substance use challenges when relevant.
• Therapy Services: Provide individual and group therapy sessions targeting addictive behaviors and mental health issues using evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing.
• Interventions: Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to client needs, fostering healing and resilience.

Qualifications & Skills

Ideal candidates will possess the necessary licensure, bilingual proficiency in Spanish, and experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic services. A compassionate approach and commitment to client well-being are essential.
