Rate

Starting at $41.00 per hour 💵

Work Schedule

Contractors should be able to work between Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM, and on Saturdays, 8 AM - 5 PM. You will have a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Job Summary

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals (children or adults) who may have co-occurring diagnoses. You will develop personalized recovery plans in collaboration with clients and their families. When appropriate, these plans will include goals, objectives, and interventions targeting substance use, health, wellness, and behavioral health improvements.

The Contractor

You will utilize a range of psychotherapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices (EBPs) such as motivational interviewing, and other effective therapeutic modalities to support clients' recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Screenings & Assessments: Conduct recovery-oriented bio-psycho-social assessments addressing substance use challenges, as applicable.
• Therapy Delivery: Provide individual and group therapy sessions focused on addictive behaviors that impact mental and behavioral health.
