Position Details

• Type: Contract
• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19134 & 19133 Area
• Bilingual Requirement: Spanish Speaking
• Licensure Supervision: Available

Compensation & Schedule 💵🗓️

Starting at $41.00/hour

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 8 PM, Saturdays 8 AM - 5 PM
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Position Summary

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals (children or adults) who may have co-occurring diagnoses. You will develop personalized recovery plans in collaboration with clients and their families, incorporating goals, objectives, and interventions that address behavioral health, substance use, and overall wellness.

The Contractor

Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, to support client recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Assessments: Conduct recovery-oriented biopsychosocial screenings and comprehensive assessments, considering substance use challenges when relevant.
• Therapy Sessions: Deliver individual and group therapy to treat addictive behaviors and address mental and behavioral health issues.
• Service Planning: Develop tailored recovery plans that include goals, objectives, and interventions to promote healing and resilience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients and their families to support ongoing progress and wellness.
