📍 Location & Requirements

• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19134 & 19133 area
• Contract Type: Contract
• Bilingual: Spanish speaking required
• Licensure: Supervision available for licensure

💰 Compensation & Schedule

Rate: Starting at $41.00 per hour

Work Hours:
Be available for contracting between Monday to Friday, 8AM to 8PM, and Saturdays, 8AM to 5PM.
Enjoy a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

🎯 Role Summary

The Contractor Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals (children or adults), potentially with co-occurring diagnoses. You will collaboratively develop recovery plans with clients and their families to promote healing and behavioral change. When appropriate, these plans will incorporate goals related to substance use, health, wellness, and overall behavioral health.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct recovery-oriented screenings and comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments, considering substance use challenges when relevant.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions targeted at addressing addictive behaviors alongside primary mental or behavioral health concerns.
• Implement a range of evidence-based practices (EBPs), including motivational interviewing and other interventions tailored to client needs.
