Your Contribution:
The Contact Center Representative II delivers exceptional electronic and phone service to members, offering account information, processing changes, and assisting with diverse account services. With deep product knowledge, you will support members across all service channels, ensuring a positive experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Service: Create a positive member experience by delivering quality solutions tailored to their needs.
- Greeting Members: Offer courteous, professional, and prompt assistance via phone and electronic channels.
- Account Management: Establish new memberships, open accounts, resolve issues, and process requests according to policies.
- Communication Support: Manage online chat, access portals, email, and other remote communication platforms.
- Product Promotion: Recommend products based on member needs and educate on available services.
- Service Model Application: Consistently apply LCCU’s service model concepts in all interactions.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive understanding of deposit accounts, loans, and promotional offerings.
Account Opening & Maintenance:
- Process a wide range of transactions, including transfers and payments.
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and errors.
- Assist with ordering cards, online access issues, account closures, and transfers.
- Handle account and ATM/Debit card maintenance.
- Educate members on electronic service access and usage.
Administrative Duties:
- Complete member-related administrative procedures and record-keeping.
- Stay current with process and system updates to ensure excellent service.
- Manage records, scan documents, and perform clerical tasks.
- Participate in community events and outreach activities.
- Be flexible with branch movements within the region.
- Complete required training modules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Bank Secrecy Act Compliance:
- Recognize and report suspicious activities.
- Complete annual BSA and Identity Theft training to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 6 months experience in customer service or call center environment, or 6 months in the financial industry (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Ability to build trust and maintain professionalism
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools
