This key role involves supporting every stage of the client journey—from project coordination to ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication: Answer and handle emails and phone calls professionally.
- Coordinate projects: Work with subcontractors on estimates, scheduling, and project execution.
- Schedule and organize: Arrange client appointments, consultations, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Create proposals: Prepare and present comprehensive project proposals, estimates, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and field teams to ensure precise planning and execution.
- Manage sales cycle: Oversee from initial contact to contract signing and project completion.
- Follow-up: Maintain communication with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Negotiate: Discuss pricing, contracts, and project terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Document: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, contracts, and project progress.
- Support operations: Collaborate with operations and production teams to meet project schedules and client expectations.
- Assist clients: Help in selecting products, materials, finishes, and provide design recommendations when needed.
- Resolve issues: Address customer concerns promptly to uphold positive relationships and the company's reputation.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Responsible and dependable attitude.
- Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new databases.
- Customer service: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- References: Two strong references from previous employers or project owners.

💰 Compensation & Location
- Salary: $55,000.00 – $64,000.00 per year
- Work Environment: In person at our Brooklyn office
