Role Overview
As a Debt Collector, you will be a vital part of a supportive, high-energy team dedicated to helping clients settle outstanding balances while upholding the company's positive reputation. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer situations, and provide clear, compassionate solutions with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

- Record Keeping & Reporting 📝: Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and payments, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal regulations.
- Problem Solving 🔍: Identify challenges, offer proactive solutions, and collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Continuous Learning 📚: Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and team protocols.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual SPANISH/ENGLISH 🗣️: Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in collections, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
