Role Overview

As a Debt Collector, you will be a vital part of a supportive, high-energy team dedicated to helping clients settle outstanding balances while upholding the company's positive reputation. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer situations, and provide clear, compassionate solutions with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual SPANISH/ENGLISH 🗣️: Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages is required.
