Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bilingual Licensed Clinician to provide quality support services to children and their families. This flexible, fee-for-service role offers the opportunity to work in diverse settings, both in person and via telehealth.

Job Details
- Type/Status: Fee for Service (up to 5 hours per week)
- Salary: $65 per hour
Responsibilities 📝
- Provide clinical services to students in school, community settings, and through telehealth.
- Work a flexible schedule, including before, during, and after school hours.
- Conduct screenings, brief interventions, and facilitate treatment referrals.
- Offer school consultation and connect families to community supports as needed.
- Provide one-on-one counseling and support tailored to students and families.
- Perform interviews and assessments for prospective clinical referrals.
- Develop and maintain individualized service plans and keep detailed records.
- Review service plans and proactively connect families to long-term mental health resources.
- Collect case data and document progress towards family goals.
- Engage in professional development through case conferences, workshops, and training.
- Document all contacts, case notes, and review community trends impacting residents.
Qualifications 🎓
- Relevant professional licensure required; independent licenses preferred but not mandatory.
- Must hold licenses such as: Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with at-risk youth and families as a counselor or therapist.
- Experience in assessments and delivering brief, individualized clinical interventions is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to perform job duties in both languages.
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license, a safe driving record, and vehicle availability are required.
