💰 Compensation
This non-exempt role offers:
- 💵 $3,600/month during the probationary period
- 👉 Upon successful completion, the monthly salary increases to $4,000
🖥️ Role Summary
The Client Support - Point of Sale position is a fully onsite role based in our Flushing, NY office. It is a crucial position that:
- Engages directly with clients
- Supports sales efforts
- Troubleshoots systems and software issues
This role requires a technical background and involves client-facing work and troubleshooting activities.
A Day in the Life of a Technical Support
Responsibilities:
- 🖥️ Prepare, install, and configure software & hardware for deployment
- 👩💻 Onboard and train new users on software and hardware
- 📞 Perform remote troubleshooting via phone and remote control tools
- 🔍 Identify and analyze issues with software and hardware
- 🤝 Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to resolve POS inquiries
- 📝 Gather user feedback and coordinate with the Development team for improvements
- 📦 Assist with inventory tracking and management
Qualifications:
- 📝 Must be eligible to work in the US; E-Verify employer
- 🇨🇳 Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin reading and writing
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 🗣️ Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- 🤝 Friendly, patient, and active listener with clients
- 🚀 Self-motivated and eager to learn new systems and technologies
- ⏰ Ability to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail
- 🤝 Team player and independent worker capability
- 📝 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
