Job Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with personal care, meal preparation, errands, and medication reminders
• Performing transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand techniques, and pivot transfers
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks as observed or requested
• Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Job Requirements

• Professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification—license does not need to be active
• Excellent communication skills
• Honest, reliable, and compassionate
• Desire to build a friendly, caring relationship with clients
• Minimum of 3 years of paid caregiving experience
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background and reference check
• Completion of our skills & knowledge assessment during training
• Basic English proficiency—speaking, reading, and writing
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in Hindi language

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
