Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for making outbound calls to members, completing assigned hand-dial lists, and providing proactive support, information, and assistance. The role adheres to departmental standards for member interactions, call quality, and documentation.

Job Duties

  • Schedule Member Appointments: Ensure high-quality, timely appointment scheduling to meet departmental goals.
  • Complete Hand-Dial Lists: Accurately and efficiently complete assigned lists and conduct member research as required.
  • Provide Member Support: Offer basic guidance and assistance to members with empathy and professionalism.
  • Participate in Training: Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve service quality and expand knowledge.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare service environment or an equivalent blend of relevant education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow member interaction scripting.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workflows.
  • Compassionate approach with a strong service orientation.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language (as required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare administrative support roles such as Medical Office Assistant, Patient Services Representative, Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Scheduler.
