Job Description
This role involves making outbound calls to members, managing assigned call lists, and offering helpful support to enhance member experiences. Adherence to departmental standards for call quality and accurate documentation are essential to success.
Job Summary
Make outbound calls to members, complete assigned hand-dial lists, and deliver proactive support, information, and assistance. Ensure compliance with departmental standards for member interaction, call quality, and documentation.
Job Duties
- Schedule appointments: Arrange high-quality member appointments daily to meet departmental targets.
- Complete call lists: Accurately and efficiently handle assigned hand-dial lists and conduct member research as needed.
- Support members: Provide basic guidance and assistance with empathy and professionalism.
- Participate in training: Engage in ongoing training sessions aimed at improving service quality and expanding knowledge.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare service environment or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow member interaction scripts.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workflows.
- Compassionate and service-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual skills (English and at least one additional language, as required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting healthcare administration in roles such as Medical Office Assistant, Patient Services Representative, Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Scheduler.
