Makes outbound calls to members, completes assigned hand-dial lists, and offers proactive support, information, and assistance to members. Adheres to departmental standards for member interactions, call quality, and documentation.

Job Duties

• Schedule appointments: Organizes high-quality member appointments daily to meet departmental goals.
• Complete lists and research: Efficiently completes assigned hand-dial lists and member research requirements with precision.
• Member support: Provides basic guidance and support to members with empathy and professionalism.
• Continuous improvement: Participates in ongoing training sessions to enhance service quality and expand knowledge.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare service environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow member interaction scripting.
• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and workflows.
• Compassionate and service-oriented attitude.
• Bilingual skills: Fluent in English and at least one additional language (as required).
• Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare administrative support roles such as Medical Office Assistant, Patient Services Representative, Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Scheduler.

Compensation

💰 Pay Range: $12.19 - $26.42 per hour
