What To Expect 🚀

• Consultative Sales Approach: Guide customers through their options on the sales floor, showcasing your passion for helping people.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Flexible Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs by being flexible and adaptable.
• Experience & Training: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience? We provide all the tools, training, and coaching needed to succeed!

Compensation 💰

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $20.04 - $20.98 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions when sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Salary offers depend on factors such as location, experience, expertise, and education.
