Job Summary

This full-time, long-term position offers paid training and consistent hours. Work comfortably from home while assisting clients in understanding healthcare options, processing enrollment forms, and delivering exceptional service.

Pay & Schedule 💵🕒

• Pay: $18/hr for Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Korean speakers
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (8AM–8PM EST) & Saturday (10AM–6PM EST)

What You’ll Do 📝

• Answer inbound calls and assist clients with health plan enrollment or disenrollment
• Educate callers about managed care and available benefits
• Process and review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism on every call

What We’re Looking For 🎯

• Fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in English and one of the listed languages
• At least 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
