We are collaborating with an esteemed client with over 25 years of expertise in industrial sourcing solutions for the mining and heavy industry sectors. With operations spanning the United States, Chile, and Ecuador, they serve a diverse clientele across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Order Follow-up: Perform comprehensive follow-ups on international purchase orders, ensuring deadlines, delivery conditions, and documentation are met. Report any deviations promptly.
• SAP Data Entry: Accurately input invoices and record payment postings using SAP Business One.
• Client Communication: Keep clients informed about their order statuses and assist in resolving issues or inquiries in a professional manner.
• Supplier Relations: Maintain strong contact with international suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Other Duties: Support administrative tasks requested by management, always operating within legal parameters.

Job Requirements 🎯

• Experience: At least 3 years of solid experience in international purchasing, global sourcing, or import logistics.
• Education: Technical or professional degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP Business One (mandatory) and Microsoft Excel.
• Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.

Position Details 📍

• Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., office-based
• Salary: $60,000 annually
