Position Overview: Sales Representative 📈
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing salesperson to join our sales team at RTS Carrier Services and Shamrock Trading Corporation. This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts, with a focus on expanding our customer base and nurturing existing relationships within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
- Develop and manage all sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build new business relationships, negotiate terms, and lead the negotiation process.
- Identify strategic sales opportunities and cross-selling potential across divisions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with both new and current customers.
- Follow all processes to maximize revenue, aligned with senior management strategies.
- Participate in strategic planning, including market positioning and customer segmentation.
- Assess market potential, analyze competitors, and develop new business models.
- Support product marketing initiatives such as launches, presentations, and sales tools.
- Continuously refine sales processes to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Track and report on metrics for all programs and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team success.
Qualifications 🎓
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of business development experience (required).
- 5+ years of experience in business development (preferred).
- Proven success in professional, solutions-based sales, particularly over the phone.
- Experience with high call volume cold calling and face-to-face sales.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
- Strong interest in comparative and value analysis.
- Passion for success and contributing to organizational growth.
- Team-oriented with a competitive drive.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following languages is required: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Uzbek. Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently.
