Responsibilities

• Manage translation and formatting of clinical, benefit, and marketing materials (primarily English to Spanish) within a fast-paced, cross-functional team 📝
• Perform project management duties, including coordinating with Language Service Providers, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance 📊
• Review translated materials, flagging linguistic or formatting defects and communicating necessary corrections 🔍
• Reconcile invoices, track productivity, and maintain project databases 🗂️

Candidate Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) 🗣️
• Remote position, working anywhere in the US following CST hours 🇺🇸
• 2+ years experience in project coordination or linguistic services 📅
• 1+ year healthcare or CMS-regulated material experience 🏥
• Proficiency in Excel and Word with strong attention to detail and organizational skills 💼
