Job Overview

This role involves working closely with commercial paint customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving concerns promptly, maintaining high product quality and visual standards, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and suggesting suitable products/services
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products as per customer specifications
• Clean and maintain store equipment
• Support delivery operations as needed
• Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to enhance sales performance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
