Job Highlights ✨

• Location: Fully Onsite, Morristown, NJ
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour
• Industry: Pharma
• Duration: Long-term temporary assignment

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Perform all book close functions and account reconciliations related to Accounts Receivable
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including customer cash application and collections
• Review claims for chargebacks, rebates, discounts, and shelf stock adjustments; issue credit memos as needed
• Monitor cash flow and forecast
• Execute special analytical projects as assigned
• Handle month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets amortization
• Record customer AR-related transactions affecting the general ledger (e.g., sales claims, deductions, credit memos)
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Respond to internal and external audit requests
• Assist with additional responsibilities as appropriate

Qualifications 🎓

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Positive personality with excellent communication skills
