About the Role 🎯

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors to promote positive development.

Who We're Looking For 💖

Candidates should be:

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis testing if needed.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Capable of moving in various positions such as sitting, squatting, bending, etc.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Ready to earn your Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Physical & Personal Requirements 💪

This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and handling children or objects up to 50 pounds. Patience and resilience are essential, as children can be unpredictable and engaging.

Compensation 💸

Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour
