Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed BCBA with Maryland LBA credentials and bilingual in Spanish. This is an hourly W2 position with a pay range of $80-$100 per hour. The role supports clients primarily in the Baltimore, MD area and surrounding regions, with some in-person services required.

Requirements

• Must hold a BCBA certification through BACB
• Must have a Maryland LBA license
• Fluent in Spanish
• Reside within a reasonable driving distance from Baltimore, MD

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek multiple BCBAs to expand our team. The ideal candidate will:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee RBT supervision
• Perform parent training and other ABA-related responsibilities
• Have at least 6 months of experience as a BCBA
• Be proficient in behavior reduction and skill acquisition techniques
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities & Duties

• Complete initial assessments and reassessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation
• Provide supervision to RBTs
• Deliver parent training sessions to caregivers
• Review and modify treatment data as needed
• Engage in remote or hybrid work settings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Maryland LBA license
• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience
• Experience with behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
