Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed BCBA with Maryland LBA credentials and bilingual in Spanish. This is an hourly W2 position with a pay range of $80-$100 per hour. The role supports clients primarily in the Baltimore, MD area and surrounding regions, with some in-person services required.
Requirements
- Must hold a BCBA certification through BACB
- Must have a Maryland LBA license
- Fluent in Spanish
- Reside within a reasonable driving distance from Baltimore, MD

Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek multiple BCBAs to expand our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee RBT supervision
- Perform parent training and other ABA-related responsibilities
- Have at least 6 months of experience as a BCBA
- Be proficient in behavior reduction and skill acquisition techniques
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities & Duties
- Complete initial assessments and reassessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation
- Provide supervision to RBTs
- Deliver parent training sessions to caregivers
- Review and modify treatment data as needed
- Engage in remote or hybrid work settings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Maryland LBA license
- Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience
- Experience with behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
