Responsibilities

• Fully research commercial real estate sales transactions over $10 million
• Interview involved parties such as buyers, sellers, and brokers
• Investigate the financial details, assets' performance, property specifics, and accurately record this information into our database
• Compile thorough sales comparable reports, narrating the story of each transaction based on interviews and research findings
• Monitor and update transactions managed by assigned REITs
• Collaborate with designated research markets
• Assist clients with product inquiries and support

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
• Proven commitment to previous employers
• No corrective actions in the past 6 months
• Demonstrated expertise in sales comparable research; include recent 6-month performance metrics with application
• Flexibility to work shifts aligned with Eastern Time (ET) zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French language
• Natural curiosity, persistence, and thorough investigative skills
• Proven success in achieving KPIs or performance metrics
• Experience communicating effectively via phone with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of commercial real estate sales terminology and calculations
• Goal-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks, adjusting to changing priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Knowledge or experience within the commercial real estate industry
• Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, filtering, and formula development
• Accurate data entry skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments
