Become a key part of our food truck crew as a Bilingual Assistant Cook and Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities

• Prepare & assemble traditional dishes according to recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing
• Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and boost sales
• Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and give correct change using basic math skills
• Maintain cleanliness & sanitation of the food truck, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen areas
• Ensure quick service by managing time effectively during busy hours while maintaining high standards
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage in compliance with sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication
• Previous experience in food prep, food service, or restaurant environments highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with confidence in upselling menu items
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced quick service setting
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
