About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Annotator (Korean/English) to join our team. Your main task will be to measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance each model's quality. What You'll Do

• Conduct conversations in both Korean and English with AI chatbots to assess their development.
• Create novel conversations to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Perform writing and editing tasks to improve chatbot interactions.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Korean
• Detail-oriented with excellent grammar, style, and brand voice
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
