As an Assistant to the Online Auction Administrator, you'll play an integral role in managing consignments, coordinating with sellers and buyers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online auction process. Candidates with strong communication, data management skills, and a desire to learn will excel in this position.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Online Auction Administrator with daily tasks
• Gather pre-auction information from sellers, including vehicle photos and descriptions
• Manage data using Excel spreadsheets
• Post vehicles for auction on our website
• Edit photos for listings
• Communicate via phone calls and emails with sellers and potential bidders
• Support bidders by answering questions and providing assistance
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

• Strong data management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
