🔍 Job Description

Be a key player in launching a fresh delivery initiative! Your main responsibility will be recruiting local businesses to join our innovative delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and fellow contractors to visit potential partners, pitch the program, guide them through the application process, and support community-driven referral initiatives. This role involves travel within a two-hour radius and offers the potential to earn up to $200 in commissions per partner secured.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within targeted towns (up to 2 hours driving distance)
• Present and promote the new program to generate business interest
• Qualify businesses, assist with applications, and manage pipelines using Salesforce
• Support planning and hosting of community recruitment events such as lunch-and-learns and town halls
• Partner with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development groups
• Import and update spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly

🛠️ Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Field/outside sales experience required
• Proficiency with Salesforce
• Account management skills
• Strong customer service abilities
• Effective sales techniques

✨ Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (Armenian, Hebrew) is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professionalism combined with enthusiasm and a high sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities in the field
• Tech-savvy with experience across multiple systems and technologies
• Ability to travel up to 4 hours round-trip daily

🏞️ Work Environment

Expected to be in the field 4-5 days weekly, traveling within a 2-hour drive. This position offers uncapped commissions, with average annual earnings from $12,000 to $20,000, with potential to earn more based on performance.

💰 Pay & Benefits

The pay rate is $31.00 per hour. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and tenure, and benefits may include:
