Job Description Summary

The BCBA is responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and managing behavior analytic programs for assigned home-based clients. This role includes supervising and training behavior technicians to deliver one-on-one programming. Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Program Development: Develop behavior analytic programming based on assessments and observations for clients.
• Monitoring & Modification: Monitor client progress and modify programming as needed.
• Assessment & Reauthorization: Identify assessment needs at intake and reauthorization, conducting evaluations such as VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2, etc.
• Clinical Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on assessment results addressing ASD symptoms per DSM-V.
• Collaboration: Collaborate regularly with BCBA colleagues to uphold departmental excellence.
• Documentation & Data: Maintain detailed records, reports, and data collection.
• Materials & Equipment: Determine and ensure availability of materials, develop programming aids, and refresh them based on client needs.
• Supervision & Direct Services: Supervise behavior technicians weekly and provide direct services to clients as needed.
• Consultation: Work with schools and organizations as assigned.
• Training & Other Duties: Conduct staff training and perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications ✅

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State Licensure
• Complete BACB required 8-hour supervision training
• Strong organizational and communication skills
