About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with native Hebrew and strong technical sales abilities to contribute to our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position is contracted in Sofia, Bulgaria, with future opportunities to transition to a hybrid work setup.

Your Responsibilities

• 🗣️ Attend customer meetings, deliver engaging sales presentations and product/service demos (online & phone)
• 🧑‍💻 Provide technical expertise to support sales goals
• 📝 Prepare technical proposals and compelling presentations
• 🔍 Apply solution-selling techniques and maintain proactive communication with clients
• 💡 Analyze customer needs and develop tailored, competitive technical solutions
• 🤝 Advise customers and internal sales teams on product details and technical aspects
• 🎓 Conduct technical training sessions when required
• ⚙️ Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline sales processes
• 🔄 Ensure consistent follow-up on sales opportunities and inquiries
• 🚧 Handle objections and manage competitive pressure confidently
• 🤝 Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Native-level Hebrew (mandatory)
• Fluent English
• Experience in B2B technical sales or sales engineering
• Excellent presentation and solution-selling skills
• Ability to work remotely within an international environment

What We Offer

• 💼 Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00)
• 🌐 Remote role with Bulgarian contract in Sofia
• 💰 Gross monthly base salary: 4,633 BGN
• 🎯 Target bonus: 1,725 BGN per quarter
