🌍 About the Role

We are seeking a native-level German speaker with strong cold calling experience to contribute to our expanding sales efforts. This full-time position is contracted in Sofia, Bulgaria, and provides the flexibility of remote work, along with potential relocation support.

Your Responsibilities

• 📞 Conduct outbound cold calls to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
• 📝 Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
• 📈 Build, manage, and develop a robust sales pipeline
• 🤝 Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
• 💼 Contribute directly to revenue growth and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Native-level German language skills (mandatory)
• Fluent English communication
• At least 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
• Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset

🎁 What We Offer

• Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
• Fully remote role with Bulgarian contract based in Sofia
• Gross monthly base salary: 4,300 BGN
• Target bonus: 2,000 BGN (quarterly)

  • Possibility of an initial salary advance if needed
