📝 About The Role

We are seeking qualified contractors fluent in French to serve as Automotive Technical Assistants. Your automotive call center experience, customer service skills, problem-solving aptitude, and attention to detail will ensure a positive customer journey. You'll enjoy building relationships, adapting swiftly to change, and demonstrating grit that inspires excellence.

This opportunity is open exclusively to individuals based in the United States. Must have reliable internet and be able to operate from a home office.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

• 🔹 Respond to inbound automotive calls and tickets from Dealer Technicians, providing diagnostic guidance
• 🔹 Research and apply relevant product and repair information using databases and tools
• 🔹 Follow up on open tickets to ensure resolution and closure
• 🔹 Deliver automotive solutions through a defined six-step diagnostic process

Deliverables & Project Scope

• 🔹 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with accurate, timely support
• 🔹 Communicate product issues and insights to Quality, Engineering, and Technical teams
• 🔹 Document and update ticket status, ensuring adherence to resolution protocols
• 🔹 Support continuous improvement through feedback and technical insights

Tools & Platforms

• 🔹 Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• 🔹 Dealer Information Software & Diagnostic Tools
• 🔹 Internal ticketing and call management systems
• 🔹 Client's North America Product databases and liaison resources

🎓 Qualifications

• 📝 High School Diploma or GED
• 📝 1-2 years automotive repair experience OR Bachelor's Degree / Technical Trade School Certificate in Automotive / Related internship
• 📝 Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong verbal, reading, and writing skills

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• 🔧 1-3 years experience with electrification technologies (BEV, PHEV, Hybrid)
• 🔧 Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
• 🔧 Advanced diagnostic process knowledge and familiarity with automotive systems
• 🔧 Knowledge of Stellantis North America Product Lines and resources
• 🔧 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for technical support

💡 Additional Requirements & Information

• 🔹 Obtain ASE Certification within first 6 months
• 🔹 Knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair software, and basic computer skills
• 🔹 Ability to manage responsibilities from a home-based workspace

💰 Compensation & Benefits
